Welcome to the Episcopal Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, a center of prayer and worship in Spokane for over eighty years. We invite you to join us in worship, fellowship, study, and ministry.

You don't have to have it all figured out to come to St. John’s. We welcome you just as you are, because God has welcomed and loved us the same way. 

If you are new to Spokane or looking for a Christian community to connect with, we hope you will come visit us at our beautiful place of worship, make yourself known and ask questions.

Dinner Liturgy

Gather on the lawn outside Jewett House to share a simple worship service and potluck meal.

The Dinner Liturgy is an opportunity for people of all ages to explore spirituality, share a meal and encounter the sacred.

Even the very young may participate fully in the liturgy, as we pray with our whole bodies, share stories, and sing by ear.

Help us create a meal by bringing a main course, side dish, or a dessert.

If you want to help, come at 4pm to help set up, bake communion bread, and otherwise get ready for the service.
