Weekly Announcements - January 29 Special Schedule, Sunday January 29 — We will have two worship services: Rite I at 8am and Rite II at 10am. There will NOT be a Children’s Eucharist, Sunday School or Adult Forum. Following the 10am worship service will be a brunch and the Annual Meeting. Child care, with fun activities, will be provided during the meeting
Sunday Seminar—Join us in the Nave as we continue our year-long celebration of Tradition. We’ll kick off with a four-part, in-depth ecclesiastical, historical, and architectural exploration of our own Cathedral. John Creed, our Chief Tour Guide, will lead these four seminars. We’ll conclude with The Tower~Bells~Organ & Chapels and The Chancel & Sanctuary on 2/5 and 2/12.

Books needed—Reduce clutter in your home and help a good cause! The Book Cart in the Great Hall needs more good quality books. Bring your donations to the triple-door entrance to Jewett House. Proceeds benefit the Haiti Partnership/Friends of Cazale.

Beginning February 5—The 9:30am Children’s Church will take a new form. Children’s Church will begin at 10:50am in the Community Room. The children will join the worshippers in the Cathedral just before the Exchange of Peace. All children and interested grownups are welcome! Also … instead of Sunday School in the Jewett House, Children’s Activities will be offered in the Community Room beginning at 10am. |
